These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cash Pool mobile application (“App”) operated by Amitaujas LLP. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the exclusive property of Amitaujas LLP.

2. Modifications and Charges

Amitaujas LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its services at any time. We may also introduce charges for certain services in the future; however, you will always be clearly informed before any charges are applied.

3. Data and Security

The App stores and processes personal data provided by you in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and prevent the App from functioning correctly.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include, but are not limited to, Google Play Services. Amitaujas LLP is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

5. Internet and Data Charges

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection. Amitaujas LLP is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity. Any mobile data, roaming, or related charges incurred while using the App are your responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party information sources. Amitaujas LLP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the App’s content or from your inability to access the Service due to device, battery, or connectivity issues.

7. Termination

Amitaujas LLP may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must stop using and delete the App from your device.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
