Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn

Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

· Plan and schedule reels, posts, captions, creatives, and other social media content.

· Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the business.

· Focus on increasing organic reach, audience engagement, followers, comments, and

shares without relying on paid promotions.

· Engage with the audience through comments, relevant interactions, and community

building.

· Monitor post performance and maintain basic engagement reports.

· Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.

· Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of handling multiple social media platforms.

· Understanding of likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions, and engagement.

· Good written communication skills and creativity.

· Willingness to learn content planning, social media analytics, and organic growth

strategies.

· Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

· Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Internship Terms

· Duration: 30 days from the date of joining.

· Stipend: This is an unpaid internship; no stipend or salary will be provided.

· Performance: The intern is expected to demonstrate consistency, creativity, initiative,

and measurable efforts toward improving organic engagement.

· Certificate: An internship completion certificate may be provided upon successful

completion of the internship and fulfilment of assigned responsibilities. Also, if the

performance is satisfactory, the said intern might get full-time paid employment

with Amitaujas LLP as its Social Media Marketing Executive.
